Welcome to the official site of The Young Men of God. We are grateful for your support and contributions. We are excited because of what is taking place with the young men and women in our program. They are learning, adapting, changing, and getting better every day.
We are a proud organization of Christ believers organized to positively alter the lives and outcomes of disadvantaged, disenfranchised, underrepresented, underdeveloped, and/or poverty stricken youth with absentee fathers. We further engage to influence, encourage, motivate, and educate these young men and women to know who they are, what they are, and how they are.
We train and work hard to perform well and be successful in everything that we do! We utilize advanced instruction techniques, specialized academic software tools, extensive time expenditure, life skills workshops, recreation activities, athletics programs, and much more to teach young men and women to be self-defining, self-motivated, self-aware, self-educated, and selfless. For we believe that with these tools these young men and women will not be persuaded, lured, or dragged into a negative life style.
The young men and women in our program are presented information on a wide range of various subjects, disciplines, and skill sets in a repetitive-feedback designed curriculum to increase, stabilize, and embed information retention, understanding, and relation. These young men and women are being prepared to know their options and make decisions with an extensive amount of information, which greatly increases the probability of more positive and human end results, reasoning, and justifications.
It is our understanding that when you know who you are no one can convince you otherwise, which decreases your chances of self mortality, self mutilation, depression, stress, prison, or any other form of self destruction.
our MISSION
To instill, embed, and engrave life skills, manhood and womanhood, and humanity into the hearts, minds, and souls of the young men and women in our program; To motivate and encourage them to seek out, obtain, maintain, and carry out to fruition positive purpose; To educate the young men and women in our program not only academically, but on their bodies, nature, spirits, opportunities, and responsibilities as well; To present information and nurture the retention, regurgitation, and implementation of that information in real life.
